L&W Recruiting is representing a prestigious law firm located in the suburban Philadelphia area, currently seeking a talented Corporate/Business Attorney with expertise in M&A, Commercial Real Estate, and sophisticated transactions. Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of corporate and business matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, and other sophisticated transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on M&A, commercial real estate, and sophisticated transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with attention to detail.
• Experience in a midsize or large law firm preferred.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
